  • Thank you to Kevin Griffith and JoAnn Kehrli-Merlau for providing the music for today’s worship service.

    Potluck Meal – Following today’s worship service, everyone is invited to the Fellowship Hall for a potluck lunch to celebrate “Pastor Appreciation Month.”

    Greece Ecumenical Food Shelf – The GEFS focus for November is rice, pasta mixes, and salad dressings.  These are small items and easy to add to your grocery lists.  December Focus Items:  Cereal and canned fruits.

    Bottles and Cans – Rob McCulloch collects “clean” bottles and cans for Mission Share.  Nov/Dec monthly focus items continue to be pasta of any kind and canned fruit of any kind, and toiletries.  Thank you, everyone, for your help.

    Mission Share Outreach Center – Lakeview Church is collecting 200 large boxes of Jell-O/pudding for Mission Share Thanksgiving baskets. We are 40 boxes short.  Please bring as many boxes to church this Sunday as you can and help us reach our goal! Drivers are needed to deliver meals on Nov. 22 between 11 AM to 1 PM to those who signed up for a basket. If you can be a driver, email Pastor Dan ASAP at director@missionshareoutreach.org; it will take no more than two hours of your time. If you know of anyone in our congregation or community that would benefit from a Thanksgiving basket, email Pastor Dan—an info form must be filled out.

    2026 Calendars – Church Calendars for 2026 are available on the table in the narthex to anyone who would like one.

    Please join us on Friday, Nov. 21, 12:30 PM, at the Hilton Family Diner (54Hovey Street, Hilton) for the November Juliet luncheon.  Contact Dottie Mason if you wish to attend.  A sign-up sheet will be available soon.

  • Christmas Creche – Will be installed on the front lawn of Lakeview on Saturday, Nov. 29, 10 AM to 12 PM.  Volunteers are welcome!  Notify Bill Foster if you
    can join us.

    2025 Annual Reports – Annual reports from all Lakeview officers, groups, committees, Scouts, etc., for the Lakeview Annual Congregational Meeting are
    due on Sunday, Nov.23, so that the annual report can be distributed on Nov. 30 (the Sunday before our Annual Congregational Meeting).  Please email your
    reports to Dotti at lakeviewchurch3@gmail.com or place your report in the church office mailbox.  Thanks!

    Annual Congregational Meeting – Friday, Dec. 5, Potluck Meal at 5:30 PM, Meeting at 6:30 PM in the Fellowship Hall. During the annual meeting, we will
    elect one elder and one deacon.

    Christmas Poinsettias – Today is the last Sunday to order poinsettias in the narthex.  Checks should be made payable to “Van Putte.”

    VETERANS’ DAY is November 11 – A special “thank you” to our Lakeview Veterans!  We appreciate your service and wish you a “Happy Veterans’ Day!”
