To thank you for your generous support of our GEFS “August Challenge” and your donations to the GEFS throughout the year, the Community Life Committee and GEFS Representatives would like to invite everyone to join in the Fellowship Hall after this morning’s worship for our annual Ice Cream Social. You can choose your favorite ice cream flavors, toppings, and build your own sundae!
Monthly Mission for September-October: World Relief – This is a global Christian humanitarian organization whose mission is to boldly engage the world’s greatest crises
in partnership with the church. The organization was founded in the aftermath of World War II to respond to the urgent humanitarian needs of war-torn Europe. Since then, for over 80 years, across 100 countries, World Relief has partnered with local churches and communities to build a world where families thrive and communities flourish. Today, organizational programming focuses on humanitarian and disaster response, as well as community strengthening and resilience. Karen Sheh, Community Mobilizer of World Relief Western, NY, will speak to us this morning.
Juliet Ladies’ Luncheon – To be held on Friday, September 25, 12:30 PM, at Cristo’s Wood Fired Pizza and Pasta (1308 Buffalo Road, Rochester, NY 14624)
Mission Share – Rob McCulloch will still collect “clean” bottles and cans throughout 2026. Focus items are pasta of any kind, canned fruit of any kind, and toiletries. Also, Mission Share urgently needs boxes of spaghetti pasta of any type.

Sound System Upgrade – Our new sound system has been installed. Lakeview received a grant to cover a major portion of the cost and your donations supplied the rest. We appreciate your amazing generosity. Thanks be to God!
